We are delighted to assist you with Family Island Deliveries.
We deliver via mail boat or ferry.
You pay for local delivery to Potter’s Cay Dock. That’s it--no special handling fees!
The recipient pays COD freight charges.
At checkout, use the NOTES section to provide your email address and cell phone. We reply with a courtesy invoice for the delivery charge, requesting the name, email address, and phone number for your Family Island recipient.
Please allow 14 business days for delivery. Mailboat schedules are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen weather, mechanical failure, even pandemic restrictions.
We notify you once your shipment has been delivered to the boat.
Delivery of Gift Wrapped Items
Unless otherwise instructed, we will place your receipt in the gift box to allow the goods to be readily exchanged or returned.
