We are happy to assist with exchanges and returns, as follows:

  • Items in good condition, with tag attached, and accompanied by receipt, are accepted within 14 business days of purchase.
  • Store credits issued in lieu of cash.  
  • Store credits are valid for 60 business days from date of purchase.

Exchanges and returns are NOT PERMITTED for the following:

  • No cash refunds
  • Not permitted on SALE items.
  • No exchange or return of white/cream clothing or shoes.
  • No exchange or return of cloth diapers, swimsuits, baby feeding equipment (such as sippy cups, bottles, nipples, pacifiers)
  • No returns on furniture such as cribs, bureaus, change tables, pack’n’plays, strollers, or car seats.

  • We provide complimentary gift wrapping.
  • Please allow sufficient time to wrap multiple gifts, or bulky items.   
  • Over the Christmas season, we employ temporary gift wrappers.
  • Yes, we gift wrap purchases for delivery.  Unless otherwise instructed, we will place your receipt in the gift box to allow the goods to be readily exchanged or returned.  Check out our “Delivery” FAQ’s for the details.
  • We accept cash, debit and major credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa.  
  • We regret that we are unable to accept American Express.
  • Our portable card reader assists with curbside service or deliveries.
  • We also accept payment over-the-phone.
  • We currently use PayPal for online transactions.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are assessed on location, access, and traffic concerns.  Please indicate the requested delivery zone at cash out.  The charge will be added to your bill.

  • Browse online, select your item, then make a payment.  
  • Call the store, 676-7320, to make an appointment to collect your purchase.
  • We exchange goods at the car window, and can place them in the trunk or back seat upon request.

We carry the country’s finest nursery furniture and equipment, including cribs, pack’n’plays, bureaus, changing tables, car seats, and strollers.

  • All furniture and equipment sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges are accepted on these items.
  • Furniture is delivered flat packed.  We are happy to coordinate assembly at the time of delivery.  The charge is $45, as assembly requires both time and painstaking attention to detail.  Assembly charges are assessed in addition to the delivery fee.  
  • Our delivery serviceman is also trained to demonstrate how your stroller or car seat operates, however equipment demonstrations must be scheduled prior to delivery.

Tell me about Sandbox’s Baby Registry Services.

Certainly!  Our Baby Registry Concierge Services are available WEEKDAYS, by appointment, between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm.  

Consultations are free!  We love these unhurried meetings, exploring your preferences and working with your budget to establish a well-kitted nursery.  

Use our downloadable Baby Registry Checklist to help you get started.

Create a Baby Registry up to one month prior to the event date.  We use the lead time to pull your preferences, ensure all items are reserved on hand, and have your selections wrapped and delivered.

Once you specify a registered event date, we reserve the items you have selected.  Any goods not purchased by that date are returned to inventory on the business day following your registered event.
